Getting to Krabi

By Road
Getting to Krabi by road from Bangkok is a 946 km drive along Highway 4. Alternatively, take the 814 km route on Highway 4 until you reach Chumphon, then switch to Highway 41 until you reach Amphoe Wiang Sac then take Highway 4035 to Amphoe Ao Luk where you turn onto Highway 4. From Phuket, it's an 185 km four-hour drive along Highway 402 and Highway 4.

By Rail
Take the train from the main railway station at Hualamphong, which is at the end of the MRT. Go to Sakhon Si Thammarat and then arrange for either a taxi or a bus to take you to Krabi.

By Air
Thai Airways, Thai Air Asia and Bangkok Airways all fly to Krabi. Check with your travel agent as to the cheapest and most convenient flights.
