Tiger Cave (Tham Sua)
Tiger Cave in Krabi is located nine kilometres north of Krabi town. The area is in woodland with hundred years old trees with caves surrounding the mountains.
Shell Fossil Cemetery (Susan Hoi)
The Shell Fossil Cemetery is located at the cape of Ban Laem Pho, 17 kilometres away from Krabi. It is a rock that has evolved from shell fossils over millions of years, which over time the snails were fossilised. Susan Hoi is a remarkable natural world and a very most popular attraction.
Phra Nang Cave
Phra Nang Cave is located to the east side of the bay and is known for its amazing array of stalactites and stalagmites. There are steep cliffs around the bay and is where rock-climbers congregate to experince its unique beauty. It is also a fantastic location for snorkelling and diving.
Than Bokkhorani National Park
Than Bokkhorani National Park is situated in Au Luek, some 45 kilometres north of Krabi. This park consists of mangrove forests, limestone mountains, caves and islands. The attractions here are:
» At Than Bokkhorani there are pools in a shady forested area with emerald green water flowing down from a steep cliff. The locals come here on weekends for a swim and picnic.
» At Tham Lot Nua & Tham Lot Tai there are two caves with impressive stalactites and stalagmites.
» At Tham Phi Hua To there is limestone hill surrounded by mangroves, with prehistoric paintings.
» At Tham Phet you will find stalactites fin a cave.
» At Mu Ko Hong you will find limestone islands and sandy beaches with coral reefs. It takes an hour to reach it by boat.
Tham Phra Nang Beach
Tham Phra Nang Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Krabi and can be reached by songthaeo. The ride takes about 30-40 minutes. You can also hire a boat to visit islets such as Koh Poda, Koh Kai, Koh Mo and Koh Thap. These places are especially good for snorkelling and diving.
Noppharat Thara Beach
Noppharat Thara Beach is located 18 kilometres northwest of Krabi. It is a long beach with casuarina trees and coconut groves.
Phranang Bay (Au Nang)
Phranang Bay is a wide bay with many scenic beaches and located 6 kilometres away from Noppharat Thara Beach.
Tha Pom
Tha Pom is located 34 kilometres from Krabi, with a canal that is renowned throughout the province for its crystal clear waters and the trail takes around fort-five minutes to walk through it over a forest. It is the place where thwe sea meets freshwater and situated in a mangrove forest.
Phi Phi Islands
Any vitor to Krabi should not miss the tropical Phi Phi Islands; they the most popular tourist attractions in Krabi. It's fame was enhanced by the well-known movie "The Beach". Phi Phi Islands consist of six islets.
Ko Lanta
Ko Lanta Marine National Park covers an area of 152 square kilometreswith fifteen islands, most with coral reefs.
